I took a bit of a hiatus from this blog (almost five months) and not intentionally. I was just really, really busy! Over the past few months I took on new and challenging job duties, subsequently got laid off, and we found out that we’re expecting our first child this fall, so it’s been a wild ride. I have substantially more free time now due to that whole getting laid off thing, so I’m hoping to catch up with everything from the past few months and add some new posts about some exciting projects as I prep the nursery for this little lady (my little mini me).
I’m hoping to post 3-4 times per week over the next few months (at least until the munchkin arrives) so stay tuned!

Its Chris K. My mom and I were checking out your blog. She loved it. She has a booth where she sells decor which she assures me is reminiscent of your style. Next time I’m down ill take pics and send them to you. Love the blog.
